K-Design FAQ's

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash (personal callers), cheque, credit/debit cards and BACS. All account details will appear on your invoice.

How does your order process work?

After you have agreed our quotation we will begin working on your design. If you are providing your own artwork simply email it to us. We accept many file formats including PDF, JPEG, EPS, AI, PSD. If you have taken a printing option then full payment will be required before we go to print. If you have taken just a design option then a 50% deposit will be taken before commencement with the balance payable before release of the finished design.

Can you provide me with a proof?

We will send you a free PDF proof via email which you can check and sign off before we go to print. Please be aware this will not be a true colour proof due to the limitations of the printing process.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Nothing, yada, zilch! Everything is supplied to you without any delivery charges to standard UK addresses.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Production times vary for each product and we will advise you during the quotation of how long it should take. Some items listed on the site , Business Cards for example, give an estimation of the usual time frame involved.
